Elliott Nettleton is a self-taught miniature artist and HES architect based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Since the age of four years old, he has been making cardboard buildings. It started out as a hobby transforming shoe boxes into buildings before becoming a full-blown passion for architecture. Some buildings exist or are inspired by existing ones, while others are from his imagination.
His main medium is cardboard, paper and sometimes wood with the help of plastics, metal and other materials for certain details.
After a career in architecture, Elliott has chosen to focus his work on his original passion, model making. From scale architectural models to theatre props his skill domain is as versatile as his creativity.
